Built for Botswana.
Built to last.
Dantech Enterprises is a Gaborone-based technology company with one mandate: give small businesses the technology partner they've never been able to afford.
InfoSec professional and full-stack developer. Dantech was built on the conviction that Botswana's SMEs deserve better than what the market currently offers.
Why Dantech exists.
The Gap Nobody Was Closing
Walk into almost any small professional services firm in Gaborone — an engineering consultancy, a law practice, an accounting firm — and you'll find the same scene. Brilliant people doing serious work, but running on WhatsApp, personal Gmail accounts, and zero digital infrastructure. No website. No strategy. No one to call when something breaks.
Why That Gap Exists
Large agencies are too expensive and too generic. Freelancers disappear after delivery. And the concept of a CTO or IT director is entirely out of reach for a 10-person firm. So businesses do nothing — until the cost of doing nothing becomes undeniable.
Where Dantech Comes In
Dantech Enterprises was built to be exactly what that market is missing: a technology partner that thinks like a CTO, prices like a local business, and actually understands the Botswana context. Not a template. Not a franchise. Built here, for here.
Dante — Founder & CTO
Dantech was founded by Dante — a technologist with a dual background that is rare in the Botswana market: hands-on cybersecurity and information security on one side, and full stack product development on the other.
The InfoSec side is professional-grade — day-to-day work inside security operations, working with tools like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SIEM platforms, FortiGate, FortiWeb, KnowBe4, Rapid7 InsightVM, Intune, and Purview. That background shapes how Dantech thinks about every system it builds: security is not optional, it is foundational.
The development side is the commercial engine — React, TypeScript, Next.js, and the full modern web stack, deployed on Vercel. Every client project is built with the same rigour as internal enterprise tooling.
The insight behind Dantech is simple: small businesses in Gaborone cannot afford enterprise security teams or senior developers — but they face the same threats and the same competitive pressures. Dantech closes that gap.
These credentials come from real, operational experience — not just certifications. They are being channelled into Dantech's future PROTECT pillar as a commercial service offering for Botswana SMEs.
Four things we never compromise on.
Plain Language
We never hide behind jargon. Every recommendation, proposal, and report is written for a business owner, not a developer.
Local Context
We understand the Gaborone market — the budget realities, the industries, the way decisions are made. Solutions are built for this context, not copied from Silicon Valley.
Long-Term Partnership
We are not a one-time vendor. The goal is a relationship that grows as your business grows — from first website to full technology leadership.
Security by Design
Our InfoSec background is not a separate service line — it is baked into every system we build. Security is not an afterthought at Dantech.
